Warranty and repairing of sealers Star-Pack

• Warranty: Star-Pack warantees the sealers for a period of 1 year, parts and labor, from the date of purchase, with the exception of parts subject to wear such as resistance, upper and lower Teflon® , knife, silicone rubber, foam rubber and terminal block (non-exhaustive list).
Not included in the warranty, damage caused by improper use and wearing parts.
The warranty becomes void if repairs are carried out by technically unqualified persons or if the original spare parts are not used.
Any intervention during the warranty period does not extend this date. The warranty on replaced parts expires when the warranty on the machine expires.
Conditions applicable for mainland France.

• After-sales service: We provide after-sales service in our workshops under the following conditions:
-Repair under warranty: Small repair carried out by you and according to our instructions: Free parts and sent carriage paid. The equipment is returned by you to our workshop in prepaid, free parts and labor, forwarding free of postage.
-Repairs out of warranty: On estimate, shipping costs borne by the customer.
