Half-automatic sealers SUPER MAGNET SEALER ref. SMS

Super Magnet Sealer contrary to models TS are half-automatic sealer. The fact of lowering the upper arm, either manually, or using the options pedals mechanical or pneumatic jack, starts an automatic cycle during which an electromagnet will maintain the arm closed.
The hands of the operator are free during the time of welding and the time of cooling which will have been regulated beforehand.
This welding machine is ideal for an intensive use. It welds perfectly the PE until a thickness of 2 X 250 µm as well as other films and thermoweldable complexes low thickness.

The sealer is equipped in standard version : of a heating bar (width 4 mm) length varying between 330 mm and 980 mm , of a retractable safety knife in order to build bags starting from tubing or to precisely adjust the length of the bag.
All the models can be used on a vertical or an horizontal position.
The sealer SMS also exists in stainless version.
