Plywood cases ExPak

ExPak is a range of folding plywood boxes that occupy a minimum of space and are very easy to assemble. With a solid and durable design, these cases constitute a first choice solution for long term storage and transport.

The ExPak boxes are made of plywood reinforced with galvanized steel profiles serving as hinges. The boxes occupy a minimum storage space and are delivered flat, in one piece.
ExPak is suitable for difficult transport conditions and can be approved for the transport of dangerous goods and products. The ExPak body is available in different versions: Nefab ExPak A, Nefab ExPak P, Nefab ExPak S and Nefab ExPak XL. These boxes can be used for different applications and can be personalized according to customer specifications and requirements.
The ExPak box is reusable and meets European legislation.
It is IATA, ICAO, UN approved and complies with international regulations for IMDG maritime transport, RAR air transport, RID rail transport and ADR road transport.
Expak meets the requirements of the phytosanitary standard on wood ISPM15.

Advantages of using ExPak plywood boxes:

ExPak A:
Consists of a single folding part – the bottom, the cover and the belt are integral, which facilitates handling and storage. ExPak A is suitable for small to medium sized products.

ExPak P:
Consists of three separate parts – bottom, cover and folding belt. It is delivered flat to save space and reduce shipping costs. ExPak P is suitable for small to medium sized products.

ExPak S:
Consists of six separate parts – bottom, cover and four removable panels. This design allows full access from all sides for loading and unloading, providing maximum flexibility for packaging. ExPak S is suitable for large products.

ExPak XL:
Consists of six separate parts – bottom, cover and four removable panels. This design allows full access from all sides for loading and unloading. ExPak XL is suitable for volumes up to 20 cubic meters.
