Pneumatic cutting system

Advantage of the pneumatic cutting system :

– Safe usage and ergonomic handling, especially for large cutting widths
– Consistent cutting quality
– Low fatigue, even for greater volumes, practicable for large widths (up to 1600 mm cutting width)

The pneumatically powered cutter is used solely for cutting packing materials such as paper, tissue paper, kraft paper, corrugated cardboard, anti-rust paper, soft flat film, foam sheets, air bubble film, tubular film, etc.
Foam sheets can have a maximum thickness of 6 mm, air bubble film 10 mm.
Special and kraft paper with a grammage of more than 180 g/m2 have to be tested for their cutting suitability. This also applies for flat and tubular film with a thickness of over 0.2 mm.
